It has taken nearly five months, but the availability of my book through Amazon has eventually been resolved.
Though it has been available through other good booksellers, as well as Olympia Publishers directly, Amazon could not supply it.
It appears that their computer had uploaded incorrect weights for the book, capturing them as KG’s not grams. The consequence was that they were unable to ship it.
But now, with all that resolved, I can proudly say that my book is available on Amazon as paperback and kindle.
